Request for Bid
Columbus Electric Cooperative is seeking bidders, in the Deming area, to purchase and receive all materials, used poles and crossarms, for the two-year period from October 1, 2024, until September 30, 2026.
The successful bidder must pay the accepted fee prior to receipt of any material and must have an easily accessible receiving facility conveniently located, as determined by the Cooperative, that is accessible 365/24/7 and large enough to allow access and maneuvering, including turning around, of the Cooperative’s large vehicles and trailered vehicles.
Sealed bids must be received at our office, 900 N. Gold Ave., Deming, NM 88030, by noon on October 25, 2024. Sealed bids can be delivered in person or by mail. Please specify Deming on the outside of the sealed bid.
