If you need a new electric service built or an existing service modified, contact Columbus Electric's Engineering Department when you are drawing up your construction or remodeling plans. We will meet with you to review your needs and to determine the type of power line construction needed.
If you would like to request service at an existing service location on our system, please contact our office at 1-800-950-2667 or 575-546-8838, Billing@col-coop.com. If you are a new member to our Cooperative, you will be asked to complete a New Member Application in addition to the Request for Service Application:
Request Extension
If an extension of Columbus Electric Cooperative's electric distribution system is required for you to receive electric service, contact our Operations Department at 1-800-950-2667.
